Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate In-Home Care Giver to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in client's homes and in accordance with an established care plan. Responsibilities Include: - Perform light domestic and household tasks - Transport and accompany clients to doctors office or to hospital - Assist in prescribed medication reminders - Assist with clients personal care activities -- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening. Driver's License required. Should have your own vehicle.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Additional Mileage will be paid if and when you are transporting client in your own vehicle.
Location: 20-30 miles with Hyannis, Barnstable, Sandwich, Dennis, Chatham

Schedule:
- 7-8 hour shift
- 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
- Day shift
- 35-40 hrs. work per week and is long term.
License/Certification:
HHA/CNA certification preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
